A Hereford Beefstouw in Skive – or Rose Hill, as the restaurant is called – is beautifully situated in the picturesque forest of Krabbesholm on the outskirts of Skive. The old giant oaks and beeches form an idyllic frame around the building, standing 35 feet above the beach close by. Through the giant panorama windows, the guests have a unique view of the marina, Skive Fjord and, in the distance, the beautiful Lundø (a small island) across the fjord – a view which is stunning every spring when the beech trees bloom to life. Inside the restaurant, the grill forms the natural centrepiece, while an Armagnac-cabinet made in Hamburg adds a solid foundation to the room.
